moblphone.com is published by Moblworld LLC. This policy describes what happens to your data when you visit this site. The short version is that we do not collect any.
1. What we do not collect
- No personal information. There are no accounts, no newsletter, no email capture and no contact forms. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics of any kind.
- No cookies. This site sets none — not functional, not analytics, not advertising. You will not see a cookie banner here, because there is nothing to consent to.
- No advertising and no data sales. We run no ad network and we share nothing with data brokers. We have no personal data to sell.
2. What our hosting provider records
Every website is served by a computer that logs the requests it receives, and this one is no exception. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, serves this site from its edge network and automatically records standard request data — including your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user-agent string — for security, abuse prevention and keeping the site online.
We are being specific about this because an IP address can count as personal data under laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA. That data is recorded by our host as part of delivering the page to you, not by us. We do not read it, analyze it, profile visitors with it, or combine it with anything else. It is not something we can switch off; it is how web hosting works. Saying otherwise would be the easy thing to write and would not be true.
3. Links to other websites
This site links out to third-party websites, including the manufacturers and providers of the products it covers. Those links may in future be commercial — see How We Make Money.
The moment you follow a link away from moblphone.com, this policy stops applying and the destination site's own policy takes over. Those sites will typically set cookies and collect data about you. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do. Read their policies.
If a link on this site becomes a commercial referral link, the address it points to may carry a tracking parameter that identifies moblphone.com as the referrer, and the merchant or its affiliate network may set a cookie on its own site to attribute a purchase to us. That happens on the destination site, under its policy. moblphone.com itself still sets no cookies and receives no personal data from it.
4. Children
This site is not directed at children. It publishes comparison information about consumer products and services for adult readers.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone of any age, including children under 13 (the threshold under the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and under 16 (the threshold under the GDPR). Because we collect no personal information at all, there is nothing for a child to submit to us.
5. Your rights
Data protection laws give you the right to see, correct and delete personal data held about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to see, correct or delete. If you believe we hold something about you, write to the address below and we will look into it.
6. Changes to this policy
This describes what the site does today. If that changes — for example if analytics is added, or if a commercial partner requires tracking links or cookies — this page will be updated in the same session as the change, and the date at the top will change with it. A privacy policy that lags behind the site it describes is worse than none.
